I'm Right Where I'm Supposed To Be

Sometimes I get impatient. I want to be somewhere down the road in my life. Somewhere that I imagine is further or better than where I’m currently at.

Recently, I was sharing with a friend of some visions that I had for myself and my future. Even as I heard my own voice speaking, God spoke to my own heart about what I was saying and where my heart was at.  You see, where I want to be may not be where HE wants me to be. And that’s something I might have to contend with.

I am right where God wants me. Love it or hate it – it’s the truth.  If I happen to hate it, I need to take a good hard look at why. Is my vision more about me than it is about Him?

God has me where I am for mighty reasons. I may not see them, but I need to be aware that they still exist. He has plans for me right where I’m at.

If God has plans for me right where I’m at, then right where I’m at is the best place to be sitting. For His ways are always higher than mine.

Wherever you want to be in life, remember that God has you where you are for His very own perfect and divine reasons. He loves you. He is for you. So trusting in His plans will never lead you wrong.

You are valued and you have purpose.
Let God reveal to you what that purpose is by being available to Him right where you are. For you’re right where you’re supposed to be.
